Three Americans have been jailed after trying to smuggle a massive 90kg of cannabis into the UK between them through Heathrow Airport. The three, who all arrived on flights into London’s Heathrow Airport from Los Angeles between January 13 and 15 this year, were found by Border Force to be carrying suitcases laden with vacuum packed packages of herbal cannabis. They were arrested, and following an investigation by the National Crime Agency (NCA) were charged with importing Class B drugs.
